Due to our strong global growth and recent private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Head of Product Marketing to join our talented Marketing team.
As Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the business as we seek to improve the experience of our customers and drive more revenue from their ongoing relationship with Gatekeeper.
As the bridge between Product and Marketing, you will develop a deep understanding of new features and the problems they solve for our customers, turning that knowledge into compelling and timely communications.
Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK / Europe.
In this role you will:
Devise and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing product features, applying proven processes to ensure interest and uptake from prospects
Identify key market opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to help shape solutions for our customers, acting as the ongoing link between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product
Develop and execute targeted communications to customers, based on data-insights, designed to drive product and feature usage
Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities from our existing base
Deliver relevant internal enablement materials to ensure consistency of message and understanding across customer and prospect-facing teams
Be responsible for coordinating a programme of educational and commercially-orientated webinars to customers and prospects, including all related communications
Continually research the market and competition to understand positioning and product direction, using that information to refine our own communications and feed back to the product team
Maintain up-to-date product collateral to be used across the business
