Gatekeeper has consistently achieved significant, profitable growth YoY with long-term customers including Ford, Accor, Roche, The Telegraph, Autotrader, Tesco and Pokemon.
Due to our strong global growth and recent private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager (EMEA) to lead a high performing and growing team of Account Executives.
As Sales Manager (EMEA) you will report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in defining Gatekeeper’s growth, continuously seeking new strategic opportunities and ways to optimise our Sales process. You will use your expertise and natural leadership abilities to coach, mentor and scale the team, driving revenue expansion across the EMEA region.
In this role you will:
Line manage an established team of talented account executives and play an active role in hiring new A-players
Lead and support your team to ensure they go from strength to strength, consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets
Track the team’s performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to provide mentoring & coaching that drives excellence
Manage the onboarding of new team members and optimise their ramp up time
Work closely with the Head of Revenue to define and align sales strategy
Become an expert on Gatekeeper’s value proposition and increasingly complex sales cycle
Identify areas of best practice and how they can be implemented into our sales cycle
Stay on top of emerging trends and market shifts, across our competitor landscape
